Want to run a 5k? Achieve your fastest time yet? Gain stamina and endurance? Simply be more active in 2025?
Tackle your 2025 goals with the support of like-minded people through Growing Together. This immersive Couch to 5k program provides independent and in-person exercise plans to help you grow to your strongest self.
Growing Together includes three workouts per week beginning the week of January 27. These workouts will be a mix of in-person and independent plans, so you can be as involved as you’d like. Meet new friends and enjoy the camaraderie of exercising together, or complete the whole program at home on your own to fit your busy schedule.
The deadline to register is Friday, January 24.
All workout plans can be easily modified for your goals, whether you’re a seasoned runner or absolute beginner.
We will use an app called “Band” for communication between participants so you do not need to share your contact information with others in order to participate. There will be weekly challenges and chat functions so we can all hold each other accountable and build each other up through encouragement and support.
