A Sensory Garden Program for Adults
Join us for a transformative journey into the heart of nature with our Immersive Garden Mornings! Designed for participants aged 16 and older, this immersive program will utilize hands-on experiences to foster a deeper connection with the natural world. Led by a knowledgeable member of our horticulture team, each session will offer a unique opportunity to engage your senses, explore mindfulness, and cultivate a sense of well-being.
Program Highlights:
- Explore the therapeutic benefits of nature through guided observation walks.
- Create a nature journal to document your sensory experiences and reflections.
- Get hands-on with art activities using natural materials, fostering creativity and connection.
- Learn about the science behind nature’s impact on physical, emotional, and mental wellness.
- Discuss strategies for incorporating intentional nature experiences into daily life.
Additional Information:
- Each event includes free entry to Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden for the remainder of the day.
- Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle and towel for added comfort.

- Cost:
- $20 for Garden Members per event
- $30 for non-Garden Members per event
- $200 for Garden Members for the entire year (1 month free)
- $300 for non-Garden Members for the entire year (1 month free)
- Program Minimum: 3 participants
- Program Cap: 15 participants
- Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years or older.
